Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–2+ years in purchasing, inventory planning, logistics, or related fields.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Office and ERP systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create and process purchase orders via the ERP system.
• Manage PO lifecycle from creation to delivery and issue resolution.
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments with carriers.
• Maintain supplier relationships and documentation.
• Support inventory planning and procurement activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain issues.
