Job summary

OpenAI is seeking a Strategic Delivery Lead for the International Public Sector to drive high-impact deployments with public sector customers outside the United States. You will partner with senior government and partner stakeholders to turn complex problems into practical deployments on the OpenAI Platform API and ChatGPT Enterprise.

The role is highly cross-functional and customer-facing, requiring strong judgement, governance, and delivery leadership across teams from engineering to policy

Qualifications

• 10+ years in public sector consulting, delivery leadership, transformation, enterprise technology, or senior programme management.
• Experience with complex international public sector deployments.
• Proven ability to translate policy and regulatory requirements into delivery plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead international public sector deployments with senior government and multilateral stakeholders.
• Translate between technical, policy, security, and operational stakeholders.
• Define scopes, milestones, risks, and governance for delivery programmes.
• Drive adoption, accountability, and milestone-based delivery reviews.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across Research, Engineering, Go-to-Market, Legal and Security.
