Qualifications

• 7+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 7+ years of professional or military experience.
• 7+ years solving problems with technology in the Telecommunications industry.
• 7+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of working with Enterprise Application Modernization and Migration technologies, including Mainframe, Serverless, Containers, or Cloud Operations.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.

Responsibilities

• Own the global public safety strategy for Amazon LEO’s Emergency Connectivity Services, driving external relationships from concept to launch.
• Define and execute long-term vision for emergency connectivity services worldwide.
• Develop external relationships to enable reliable satellite-based communications for first responders.
• Drive end-to-end development of initiatives with exceptional customer experiences from design to launch.
• Establish partnerships with PSAPs, emergency response regulators, and global stakeholders.
• Develop scalable solutions that cover multiple countries, languages, and regulatory environments.
• Balance customer needs with operational excellence and compliance while delivering global-scale solutions.
• Influence cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact initiatives.
