Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and holidays
• Experience in material handling equipment (MHE) or automation environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and field execution through launch readiness and go-live phases
• Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)
• Experience leading large-scale programs/projects
• 3+ years of experience as a project engineer, process engineer, project manager, manufacturing engineer, or related occupation.

Responsibilities

• Manage lifecycle of challenging projects, owning objectives and targets across geographies.
• Participate in engineering reviews and influence proposed solutions and architecture.
• Set project priorities, milestones, and schedules with internal teams and external vendors.
• Lead execution for systems and automated equipment designs, including performance qualifications.
• Lead effective meetings with clear objectives and documented decisions.
• Communicate project status, risk analysis, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Articulate system designs and specifications to internal customers and partners.
• Manage change orders, purchase orders, and invoice validation/approvals.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across multiple projects.
• Drive process improvements to boost cross-team efficiency.
