Job summary
GE Vernova seeks a MSD MRP & Cost Control Leader to join the New Unit Sourcing Global Projects group. This role interfaces with Engineering Configuration, Finance and Project scheduling teams to settle ERP (SAP PowerMax) from planned demand and budget perspectives, ensuring good project execution.
The position provides visibility into evolving sourcing costs versus the original EAC, emphasizing cost control, risk reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with Finance and Sales to align
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university.
- 5+ years of experience in Sourcing/Procurement/Supply Chain or leadership program alumni.
Responsibilities
- MRP Planner: set Work Breakdown Structure in ERP, align with purchasing strategy; create requisitions; run MRP activities; manage changes; maintain procurement documents in PLM.
- Cost Controllership and EAC: ensure budget correctness at equipment level; lead risks & opportunities reviews; monitor cost objectives; coordinate with Finance and Sales for cost adjustments; create EAC reports.
