Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking a Project Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end procurement for complex power projects. You will coordinate across engineering, finance, and supplier teams, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence in a hybrid role based near Schenectady, Atlanta, or Greenville.

You will lead procurement strategy, manage vendor performance, and drive alignment with project schedules while ensuring compliance with EHS and contract requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of leadership or team coordination in an industrial/project-driven setting.
• 4+ years in manufacturing, operations, or project management in an industrial setting.
• 3+ years in sourcing or procurement.
• Willingness to travel up to 15%.
• Proximity to Schenectady, NY; Atlanta, GA; or Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end supply chain execution for the assigned project scope including BOP, HRSG, and MSD systems.
• Define and implement a project-specific sourcing strategy aligned with requirements and supplier panels.
• Drive procurement schedule alignment with project stakeholders to optimize milestones.
• Manage supplier performance, documentation, quality monitoring, and expediting against key metrics.
• Lead cross-functional procurement reviews and serve as the primary contact for commercial, legal, and admin procurement matters.
• Ensure smooth tender-to-execution handover and maintain compliance with quality and EHS requirements.
