Job summary

Hyundai Motor Group Metaplant America (HMGMA) is seeking an experienced Parts Development Interior & Exterior Manager to lead supplier identification, evaluation, and development for launch-ready parts sourcing. You will oversee multi-year production plans, negotiate long-term agreements, and drive cost reduction with Engineering and Quality teams.

The role requires strong supplier management, PPAP/ISIR adherence, and a track record in automotive procurement roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Supply Chain, Finance or Accounting from an accredited university.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Understand program sourcing milestones to support launches.
• Identify potential suppliers, analyze capabilities, determine price, and select suppliers with cross-functional teams.
• Prepare RFI, RFP, and RFQ packages for multi-year production volumes and manage bid cycles.
• Negotiate long-term agreements and drive best-in-class pricing; lead cost reduction activities.
• Drive flawless launches at supplier sites and monitor quality and delivery across ISIR/PPAP milestones.
