Job summary

Gale Process Solutions is seeking a technically driven Project Sales Support Engineer to bridge engineering execution and client collaboration, guiding projects from concept through fabrication and delivery of process equipment. The role emphasizes strong ASME/pressure vessel familiarity and hands-on coordination with clients and manufacturing partners.

The candidate will manage multiple projects, prepare cost estimates and technical proposals, and travel 10–25% to oversee fabrication facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering is required.
• 5 years of experience in project engineering, fabrication, or process equipment manufacturing.
• Experience with ASME code design, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or related equipment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and familiarity with CAD, CRM (HubSpot) and ERP systems.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10–25%).

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through the full lifecycle from client scope to fabrication and delivery.
• Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure design intent, scope, drawing accuracy, product quality, and compliance with ASME and codes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and documentation.
• Prepare cost estimates, technical proposals, and delivery schedules for clients.
• Collaborate with procurement and technical teams to maintain timelines and transparency.
• Travel domestically/internationally to oversee fabrication facilities, inspection, and project execution as needed.
