Caterpillar Solar Turbines is seeking a Project Manager to lead Customer Services PSU projects from booking through commissioning. You will coordinate with Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics and Finance to ensure on-time, within-budget delivery of complex turbomachinery projects.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7–10 years related experience, strong communication, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 7–10 years related experience.
• Background in business management, engineering processes, contracts negotiation, and aftermarket turbomachinery is preferred.
• Strong communication and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, schedule, manage, and supervise execution of Customer Services PSU projects (may exceed $30M).
• Lead project execution from booking to commissioning in the field and manage risk and profitability.
• Interoperate with Solar and customer senior management; travel domestically and internationally (~±20%).
• Provide commercial and technical guidance across Sales, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, and Finance.
