Job summary

Roche Holding AG in Tucson, AZ seeks a Global Project Manager (GPM) within the Project Management Chapter to drive end-to-end delivery, develop detailed work plans, estimates, and resource plans, and provide trusted guidance to keep projects on track across the portfolio. You have 5+ years in hardware product development, experience with Agile, and familiarity with regulated environments (FDA 21 CFR Part 820, ISO 13485/9001).

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of project management in hardware product development.
• Experience with Agile development practices and mindset.
• 1+ years in a regulated industry (FDA 21 CFR part 820, ISO 13485, ISO 9001).
• Strong problem solving and conflict management skills.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.
• Proficiency with Planisware, MS Office, G-Suite and PM tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).
• Ability to manage complex projects with ambitious milestones.
• Knowledge of design controls and phased development processes.
• Understanding healthcare quality, risk, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Delivery & planning: end-to-end project delivery including scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and progress tracking.
• Methodology: apply Agile, hybrid, or traditional methods and drive milestone reviews.
• Leadership: lead meetings, coach teams, and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Performance: establish KPIs/OKRs and provide holistic planning insights to leadership.
• Risk: identify risks and bottlenecks, propose solutions, and communicate issues proactively.
• Continuous improvement: drive initiatives and build team capabilities.
