Job summary

Parexel is seeking Project Leader, Senior Project Leader and Project Director to lead global clinical studies across Oncology, Respiratory/General Medicine and Obesity/Endocrine. You will guide cross-functional teams and ensure delivery to quality, on time and within budget.

Successful candidates have 2+ years of global trial leadership in CRO/biotech/pharma, plus strong scheduling, resource and budget management, and deep understanding of the full clinical development process through regulatory

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a clinical/health field; advanced degree preferred.
• Experience leading global clinical trials in CRO/pharma/biotech.
• Strong scheduling, resource and budget management skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to project teams and manage day-to-day operations.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and to high quality standards.
• Coordinate activities across the full clinical development process through regulatory submissions.
