Job summary

TMEIC Corporation Americas is seeking a skilled finance professional to provide financial, tax and business analysis for a multi-entity environment. You will manage monthly closings, project cost accounting, intercompany analysis and profitability reporting.

The role requires strong ERP and MS Office skills, 3+ years in financial analysis, and availability to travel domestically up to 5%. A BS in Accounting or Finance and CPA/CMA are preferred qualifications.

Qualifications

• BS in Accounting or Finance or equivalent via education and/or work experience.
• 3 years' financial analysis experience.
• 4 years' total experience of accounting or finance professional level work.
• Demonstrated analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated successful working relationships with clients, suppliers, and other internal and external contacts.
• Demonstrated strong leadership, interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
• Proficiency in financial module of ERP system.
• Availability to travel domestically less than 5%.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely monthly and annual financial closings for assigned areas.
• Close projects, purchasing, inventory modules and perform variance analysis.
• Reconcile GL accounts and analyze cost accounting and CM by BU.
• Analyze intercompany sales and CM split across entities for profitability.
• Consolidate monthly results and manage project accruals and unbilled AR.
• Generate data and reports for monthly management reporting package.
