Job summary

USCCB is seeking a Roving Supply Chain Advisor to support global SCM efforts, working with country programs and the GSCM team. The role involves deploying across regions, improving agile and compliant SCM systems, and ensuring stewardship and accountability in procurement, logistics, and warehousing.

Fluency in English is required; travel up to 50% is anticipated. Strong knowledge of ERP (Oracle) and donor regulations is preferred for this international assignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in international supply chain, logistics, or procurement.
• Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic input on agency-wide supply chain strategies, standards, and tools.
• Support country programs through deployments as Acting Supply Chain Manager or similar roles.
• Collaborate to implement and strengthen supply chain systems, processes, and policies.
• Promote use of KPIs to drive continuous improvement and accountability.
