Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Project Controls Specialist to lead centralized controls, data governance, and reporting across global real estate projects. You will partner with PMOs, IT, and business stakeholders to ensure compliant, high‑quality project delivery.

The role emphasizes establishing governance frameworks, managing cost reporting, and leveraging PowerBI and other BI tools to drive transparency and continuous improvement across client accounts.

Qualifications

• B.S. degree in a related field as listed.
• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a project management governance or support role.
• Significant knowledge of project and change management methodologies.
• Experience with PMO oversight and upfit projects in occupied environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain governance strategies and controls for project delivery.
• Oversee documentation control, QA/QC, and delivery assurance activities.
• Collaborate with client finance and IT for reporting and data integrity.
• Provide regular updates and dashboards to senior management.
• Support training and upskilling in project controls and governance.
• Create centralized data governance frameworks for global consistency.
