Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Project Controls Specialist to manage project controls, data governance, and reporting across client portfolios. You will collaborate with PMO teams, IT and business units to ensure standardized processes and transparent data governance across global real estate projects.

The role emphasizes governance, risk assessment, dashboards, and continuous improvement, aligning with client standards and Cushman & Wakefield processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years directly related experience in a project management governance or support role.
• PMP or PMI-CP certification is a plus.
• Significant knowledge of project and change management methodologies and PMO oversight.
• Experience with budgeting, cost control, and profitability management.

Responsibilities

• Develop/maintain governance strategies to audit, measure, and remediate compliance with processes and controls.
• Establish centralized data management systems for real estate and workplace projects.
• Ensure data accuracy, transparency, and compliance with client requirements.
• Provide regular project reporting and dashboards to senior management.
• Collaborate with IT, Client Technology and Data Governance teams to integrate data platforms.
• Support training and upskilling in project controls and data governance.
