Job summary

Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business seeks a visionary Director of Programs and Student Experience for the Baratta Center for Global Business Education. You will lead the full student experience, designing and serving as the operational lead for co-curricular programs, immersive global experiences, practitioner events, and internship placements.

This senior, entrepreneurial role reports to the Executive Director and requires autonomy, strategic thinking, and excellence in

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
• 5-7 years of experience, ideally with private sector experience (e.g., consulting, corporate strategy, finance) and exposure to public sector, policy, or government environments.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and executing multi-stakeholder programs from concept through execution at a director level.
• Substantive knowledge of, or engagement with, geopolitics or international business.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work with autonomy and exercise sound judgment in fast-paced environments.
• Deep familiarity with AI tools, and proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
• Experience designing or running programs in academic, think tank, policy institute, or institutional setting preferred.
• Teaching or facilitation experience in a professional or academic setting preferred.
• education: Bachelor's degree with exceptional relevant experience considered.
