Job summary

FHI 360 seeks a Program Officer II, Management & Operations to support a large USG-funded global health project.

Reporting to the Associate Director, M&O, this role provides HQ-level programmatic, operations, and administrative support, ensuring compliance and timely deliverables. The candidate will handle project trackers, meetings, and sub-award processing, collaborating with leadership and backstopping teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a related field; certification preferred.
• Experience in project management within NGO/government settings is desired.
• English fluency required; second language is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic management support to global project management, including preparing presentations and coordinating meetings.
• Draft sub-award packages and review for approval; process HQ-paid subawards and purchase orders.
• Coordinate vendor/sub-award communications and assist with recruitment and onboarding for HQ staff.
• Maintain project tracking sheets and ensure proper document management and reporting.
