FHI 360 is seeking a Program Officer II, Management & Operations to provide central support to the global project management and operations team on a USG-funded project. You will assist with governance, reporting, and coordination of HQ activities, ensuring timely deliverables and compliance across teams.

The role emphasizes collaboration with leadership, backstopping units, and country teams as needed, with a focus on process improvements and efficient administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent.
• 4+ years of relevant experience with project management principles.
• English fluency required; second language an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Provide programmatic and operations support to global project management.
• Prepare presentations, coordinate routine meetings and webinars.
• Draft sub-award packages and review for approval; support subaward payments.
• Maintain project trackers, coordinate HQ-level deliverables and onboarding.
