Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent.
• Fields include communications, social marketing, economic development, education, health, nutrition, research, technology, youth or related.
• Project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support to global project management and assist with meetings and presentations.
• Coordinate routine project meetings and webinars and develop agendas.
• Draft sub-award packages and review for approval.
• Process HQ-paid subawards and purchase orders.
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors for task completion and planning.
• Prepare and submit monthly FFATA reports.
• Review expense reports, invoices, and purchase orders.
• Support recruitment and onboarding processes and develop scopes of work.
• Mentor team members as appropriate.
