Job summary

Faith Comes By Hearing (FCBH) in Albuquerque, NM is seeking an Administrator of Global Programs to coordinate international partnerships and Scripture Engagement initiatives across multiple regions.

The role requires high-level administrative strength, cross‑cultural competence, budget oversight, and strong project management across departments and partners. Travel to overseas projects is expected; the position is based in our Albuquerque office.

Qualifications

• 5 years' experience in international missions or related field.
• Ability to supervise and manage teams cross-culturally.
• B.A./B.S. in missional or theological studies, or equivalent experience.
• Budget management experience and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient with MS Office and AI tools for productivity.

Responsibilities

• Develop and nurture relationships and partnerships with all partners
• Model and communicate organizational vision, mission and core values
• Prioritize, plan and execute Scripture Engagement projects
• Provide expert advice to departments related to global programs
• Oversee budget and expenditures for their financial area
• Manage projects globally across regions
• Provide information and reports for promotion, fundraising and donor relations
• Travel to overseas projects and provide guidance or training
• Provide hospitality services to guests and hosts when visiting
