Job summary

Sister Cities International is offering a 2026-2027 internship cycle for three interns, spanning two 3-month terms within an academic year. Interns work 15–30 hours per week and receive a $500 stipend at the end of each term, totaling $1,000 for six months.

Start/end dates are flexible, with opportunities to assist across departments including Membership, Programs, Marketing, and Operations. Interns gain exposure to citizen diplomacy, participate in events, and support staff with day-to-day

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate or graduate student.
• Excellent research skills and oral and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills and fluency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist across Membership, Programs, Marketing, and Operations with day-to-day tasks.
• Support office staff and participate in ongoing program activities.
• Prepare program materials, agendas, and communications as needed.
• Assist with in-person and online events, webinars, and meetings.
