Job summary

Plug and Play Tech Center is seeking a high-energy Program Intern to join our HQ Korea Taskforce in a full-time conversion role. You will bridge Silicon Valley with the Korean innovation landscape, supporting senior leadership on cross-border programs, BD momentum, and partner relations while coordinating logistics across Sunnyvale and Korea offices.

Typical duties include executing cross-border programs, drafting bilingual proposals, and maintaining CRM records in Salesforce and Rocketlane.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or related field.
Professional-level fluency in Korean and English (written and spoken).
Hands-on experience with Salesforce and Rocketlane; proficient in Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

Lead cross-border programs: plan and deliver innovation programs in Mobility, Smart City, Sustainability, and Physical AI.
Bilingual reporting: translate and localize proposals and reports for public-sector and corporate partners.
Coordinate deliverables between Sunnyvale HQ, Korea offices, and partners to ensure global alignment.
Support BD: manage leadership scheduling, follow-ups, and track meeting outcomes.
