FocusKPI is seeking a Technical Program Manager (Korean bilingual) to drive complex security programs from planning through delivery in Mountain View, CA. This onsite, 6-month contract role requires strong stakeholder management and cross‑functional leadership.

You will own aggressive schedules across multiple workstreams, define scopes, and report progress to executives. Fluency in English and Korean is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field.
• 5–7 years of program and project management experience in high-tech companies.
• Fluency in English and Korean (bilingual).

Responsibilities

• Lead technology integration projects with global teams, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery.
• Identify and engage stakeholders across product management, software engineering, and executive leadership in multiple geographies.
• Define program scope, goals, and deliverables in alignment with the client's business objectives.
• Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables, and track progress against commitments.
• Proactively manage changes in scope, identify risks and issues early, and drive contingency planning.
• Communicate program status on a regular cadence through structured status reports, dashboards, and executive presentations.
• Establish and refine program management processes that improve planning, execution, and delivery across the security portfolio.
