Samsung Semiconductor is hiring an Executive Assistant & R&D Operations Coordinator in San Jose, CA to provide comprehensive executive support, manage complex calendars, travel, and logistics for HQ and US subsidiary leaders.

The role also handles R&D budgets, asset management, procurement, and team operations, with emphasis on Korean-English bilingual coordination across teams; you’ll partner with Finance, Procurement, HR and IT to keep programs running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with budgeting, procurement workflows, and asset management.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive executive support, including calendar management and travel for executives.
• Coordinate logistics for HQ executives, VIP visitors, and technical leads.
