Job summary

Plug and Play is seeking a high‑energy, bilingual (Korean/English) Program Intern to join the HQ Korea Taskforce. This full‑time conversion role supports senior leadership on cross‑border programs, BD momentum in the U.S., and global partnerships.

You will coordinate between Sunnyvale HQ and Korea offices, draft and translate professional proposals, and manage program milestones using Salesforce and Rocketlane. Master’s degree preferred and flexibility across time zones are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Fluent in Korean and English (written and spoken); professional Hangul writing.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Rocketlane, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office; Photoshop and macOS a plus.
• Strong time management with ability to prioritize multiple tasks independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours across time zones with Korea partners.

Responsibilities

• Bridge between Silicon Valley and Korean innovation landscape.
• Support senior leadership in managing high-stakes programs for Korean corporations and government entities.
• Drive BD momentum in the U.S. and manage cross-border programs.
• Draft, translate, and localize proposals and reports for public-sector and corporate partners.
• Coordinate deliverables and communications between Sunnyvale HQ, Korea offices, and partners.
• Maintain CRM and project milestones to ensure data integrity.
