Job summary

Oklahoma State University Stillwater seeks a knowledgeable professional to serve as an Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for the J-Visa program and a Designated School Official (DSO) for prospective graduate-level F-1 students.

You will maintain SEVIS records, issue J- and F-1 documents, coordinate Terra Dotta integration, and provide campus-wide guidance on immigration policies, including advising on visa processing and arrival steps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree conferred on or before start date.
• One year of related experience.
• Notary Public within one year; DSOs and AROs certifications after hire.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) for J-visa program.
• Designated School Official (DSO) for prospective graduate-level F-1 students.
• Maintain SEVIS records and prepare DOS forms.
• Coordinate Terra Dotta integration and data accuracy.
• Advise on visa processing, U.S. entry, transfers, and arrival steps.
