Job summary

Convergint Technologies, LLC in Schaumburg, IL seeks a full-time Program Administrator Premium Service Center to open and monitor work orders with local offices, guiding solutions based on customer history. You’ll analyze complex problems, influence profitability, and support quarterly business reviews in a fast-paced, growth-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• Education: High School/GED or equivalent experience
• Minimum Experience: 3 months relevant experience
• Experience in 1+ of the following industries: electronic, fire alarm & life safety, building automation, and/or healthcare
• Certifications: Must have or be able to obtain applicable state and/or local required industry licenses as required by state law.

Responsibilities

• Open and monitor work orders with local Convergint offices for updates and resolutions.
• Provide direction on solutions based on knowledge of customer requirements and history.
• Analyze complex problems and deliver solutions where precedent may not exist.
• Generate and/or review invoices for service and submit to customers for payment.
• Monitor profitability for work orders and CSPs and participate in strategy meetings to improve profitability.
• Produce weekly, monthly, quarterly financial and/or performance reports as requested.
• Assist in preparing information for Quarterly Business Reviews and participate in presentations.
• Attend weekly status meetings/calls and conduct them in the absence of the Program Manager.
• Assist in creating and implementing processes to improve delivery and profitability.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested.

• Monitors profitability for work orders and Customer Service Program (CSPs) as it relates to assigned accounts bringing areas of concern to the attention of the Program Manager. May be requested to participate in strategy meetings to improve profitability
• Produces weekly, monthly, quarterly financial and/or performance reports, as requested by assigned accounts and/or Program Manager
• Assists Program Manager in preparing information for Quarterly Business Reviews; may be required to participate in their presentation.
• Attends weekly status meetings/calls; may conduct the meeting/call in the absence of assigned Program Manager.
• Assists Program Managers in creating and implementing processes that will result in improved delivery and profitability as it related to assigned accounts.

• Performs other duties and responsibilities, as requested or required.
