Job summary

Apex Group Ltd. is seeking aProgramme Manager in the Change Management function to lead end-to-end delivery of complex client-facing programmes. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, onboard new clients or transition funds administration services, and ensure projects meet agreed objectives.

Role requires exceptional stakeholder management, experience in Asset Servicing, and ability to operate in fast-paced environments with pragmatic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex programmes in financial services/asset servicing.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to engage senior leadership.
• Proven ability to deliver cross-functional programmes across multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of one or more complex programmes with scope, time and cost adherence.
• Translate objectives into delivery plans with milestones, dependencies, risks and ownership.
• Lead and coordinate multiple project managers and workstream leads, providing direction and support.
