We are looking for a Programme Manager to join the Change Management function, reporting to the relevant Portfolio Lead / Head of Practice.
Role focus: end-to-end delivery of client-facing, complex programmes of work. This includes onboarding new clients or transitioning funds administration services from existing providers, remediation projects, onboarding to extended Apex services, or service enhancements. You will translate senior-level intent into executable plans, maintain delivery grip, build client confidence, and ensure outcomes meet agreed objectives.
Accountability: Manage the programme or multiple workstreams within a programme under a Programme Director, defining and controlling projects/workstreams, coordinating delivery teams, managing dependencies and risks, and providing clear reporting to senior stakeholders. The role requires comfort with pace, pragmatic decision-making, and applying governance proportional to the need.
The practice team is located across UK (London), Ireland (Dublin), Bulgaria (Sofia), South Africa (Cape Town) and India (Pune, Mumbai, Bangalore). Apex operates a 5-day office working policy.
