Mary's Meals International is seeking a values-driven Director of Programme Management to lead global programme performance and governance. Reporting to the Chief Programmes Officer, you will drive planning, budgets, risk management and donor stewardship across our growing movement.

You will lead the Programme Management team, collaborate with Country Directors and partners, shape strategy and oversee cross-cutting initiatives to increase impact at scale and ensure programmes remain well

Qualifications

• You are a strategic and collaborative leader with significant experience in international development and a proven track record of leading programme management.
• Strong experience in governance, safeguarding and compliance, with ability to translate strategy into delivery.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across diverse cultures and geographies.

Responsabilités

• Lead the performance, governance and stewardship of Mary's Meals programmes globally.
• Provide leadership to the Programme Management team, Country Directors and partners.
• Oversee programme planning, budgeting, risk management and grants.
• Coordinate between Programmes and other functions to deliver priorities.
• Oversee grants, reporting and impact requirements for donor stewardship.
• Champion data, reporting and performance management for decision-making.
• Drive cross-cutting initiatives and programme transformation to support growth.
• Build strong relationships with partners and represent the organisation at senior levels.
