Job summary

The Global Facilities Delivery (GFD) Organization at Eli Lilly and Company in Indianapolis seeks a Program Management Office (PMO) Lead to provide strategic oversight for a large-scale pharmaceutical capital program. You will establish PMO framework, govern multiple workstreams including engineering, construction, validation, and quality, and report to senior leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field.
10+ years of project or program management on large, capital‑intensive projects.
Experience coordinating cross‑functional delivery teams (engineering, construction, commissioning and qualification, and quality).
Ability to travel, within and outside the US, ~10%.
Authorized to work in the United States on a full‑time basis.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain the program PMO framework across all workstreams.
Own program governance, reporting to senior leadership with progress, risks and financials.
Manage risk, issues and changes with defined cadence and discipline.
Coordinate delivery across engineering, construction, commissioning/qualification, and quality workstreams.
Ensure GMP compliance and drive continuous improvement via program data.
