Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator for 1st Shift with travel up to 75%. The role focuses on analyzing and developing plans to optimize product workflow, hardware lifecycle management, and inventory, while ensuring high availability and cost efficiency.

You will create and review procedures, support Core Enablement functions, and work with cross-functional teams to meet deployment and commercial goals. A Bachelor’s degree and 2 years in related ops are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations or supply chain.
• Project management experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee RFP workflows and track active projects and bids.
• Oversee max cap tracking, perform cost analyses, and define budgets and SOW inputs.
• Build dashboards and tools to streamline the RFP process and data-center workflows.
• Conduct postmortems for RFPs/bids and compare performance against bids.
• Coordinate SOW variations and manage locations and site-level details.
• Collaborate with workstream owners to align deployment with strategic goals.
