Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Program Operations Coordinator for 1st shift with up to 75% travel. The role focuses on optimizing data center operations, managing RFPs and SOWs, and supporting the Lean operational culture.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, develop budgets and standard statements of work, and build dashboards to streamline workflows while ensuring compliance with travel and security requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience.
• 2 years of experience in Data Center operations, ML hardware logistics, or supply chain.
• Project management experience and knowledge of the high-density server/rack vertical.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and DCIM/Inventory Management software.

Responsibilities

• Oversee data center operations and support RFP and bid processes.
• Develop and manage SOWs; build dashboards and tools for RFP workflows.
• Monitor budgets, cost analyses, and inputs for standard SOWs.
• Collaborate with workstream owners to achieve deployment and commercial goals.
