Job summary

• 8+ years leading technical programs in a matrix, multi-site setting.
• Proven cross-functional team leadership across design transfer and launches.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with MS Project and PowerPoint for planning and reporting.
• Experience with cost, schedule, and risk management in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal contact with external customers and manage meetings.
• Coordinate internal resources to meet program goals and milestones.
• Define scope, timeline, and budget for proposals and change orders.
• Plan with cross-functional teams to develop scope, budget, and schedules.
• Publish progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
• Communicate escalations promptly to keep programs on track.
• Ensure on-time delivery within scope for product performance and quality.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with procurement and partners.
• Document meetings and decisions.
