Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-site programs spanning design transfer, manufacturing launches, and complex supply chains. You will coordinate with site Directors of Operations, engineering, and commercial teams to drive timely, on-budget project delivery.

Travel up to 15% is expected; a Bachelor's in engineering and 8+ years in technical program leadership are required. The role reports to the Director of the Program Management Office and offers a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline.
Minimum of 8 years of experience leading technical programs.
Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as principal contact with external customers and coordinate meetings.
Manage internal resources to meet program goals and milestones.
Define program scope, timeline, and budget for proposals and change orders.
Plan and develop project scope, budget, risk mitigation, and schedules with cross-functional teams.
Publish progress reports to leadership and stakeholders.
Communicate escalations and ensure timely completion within scope.
