Job summary

Resonetics, LLC is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-site programs spanning design transfer, manufacturing launches, and cross-functional teams. You will coordinate with site Directors of Operations, development teams, and business partners to drive scope, timeline, and budget for new products and technology transfers.

You will publish progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining quality and cost targets across global programs. Travel up to 15% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 8 years leading technical programs.
• Experience with cross-functional teams in a matrixed, multi-site environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint; strong analytical skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the principal contact with external customers; coordinate meetings and communications.
• Manage internal resources across sites to meet program goals and milestones.
• Define program scope, timeline, and budget to support proposals, quotations, and change orders.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams and partners on scope, resources, and schedules.
• Publish progress reports to leadership highlighting milestones and metrics.
• Communicate escalations and resource needs to keep programs on track.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to control costs and deadlines.
