Job summary

Resonetics is seeking a Program Manager to lead multi-site programs spanning design, manufacturing, and supply chain. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and drive successful technology transfers for strategic customers.

Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office, you’ll oversee timelines, resources, and risk mitigation while delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment. Travel up to 15% is possible.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience leading technical programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
• Proficiency in MS Project and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
• Executive presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal contact with external customers and coordinates meetings and communications.
• Manages internal resources to meet program goals and milestones.
• Assists business development with scope, timeline, and budget for proposals and change orders.
• Plans with cross-functional teams and external partners to define scope, resources, and budget.
• Publish progress reports to leadership highlighting milestones and metrics.
• Communicate escalations and coordinate resource needs to address issues quickly.
• Keep projects on track and meet commitments on performance, cost, time, and quality.
• Create high-level plans and schedules for task prioritization and workload adjustments.
• Identify risks and implement strategies to minimize impact and delays.
• Communicate project plans and changes to customers to improve satisfaction.
• Coordinate procurement of materials and services for timely completion.
• Delegate tasks to drive execution and minimize risk.
• Document meeting minutes, issues, decisions, and metrics.
