Job summary

Dexis seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead a USAID/INL-supported program in Honduras, coordinating training, travel, logistics, procurement, and operational support across the country and beyond as needed.

The role requires strong international program management, experience with U.S. Government awards and vendor management, and English/Spanish communication skills. Contingent upon award, with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in international development, business administration, public administration, logistics, supply-chain management, international relations, or a related field.
• Experience managing international logistics, operations, or related programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day leadership for program implementation, ensuring activities align with scope, work plan, budget, and objectives.
• Serve as liaison with INL and GOR for program implementation.
• Establish systems for reviewing and tracking training, travel, logistics, procurement, and operational-support requests.
• Oversee domestic and international travel support, including airfare, lodging, and transportation.
• Oversee procurement or rental of mission-essential items and services; ensure compliant procurement.
• Develop and manage a reliable vendor network for travel, venues, and materials.
• Coordinate quarterly reporting through INL’s DevResults system.
