Job summary

Plug Power, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to oversee global development projects that span enclosure design, new platform architectures, and H2 infrastructure.

You will coordinate with engineering, product management, sales, supply chain, quality, manufacturing and service teams to ensure designs meet cross-functional requirements and are launched successfully. The role requires strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to manage schedules, budgets, and multiple

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• PMP certification strongly preferred.
• Minimum of three years of project management experience in product development.
• Experience in hydrogen/fuel cells and industrial gas is valued.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Proficiency with MS Office and Smartsheet.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain multiple complex project schedules and budgets with product management and engineering.
• Lead teams through the product development process from requirements to release.
• Manage changes in scope with customers and joint ventures and handle risk management.
• Provide regular status updates to management on project progress and risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional design reviews and KPI reporting to roadmap targets.
• Represent Plug Power professionally in all interactions.
