Job summary

A creative interdisciplinary program is seeking a Program Manager to oversee Professional Development planning and delivery. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in program design and exceptional project management skills. This role includes developing workshop curriculums, engaging with leadership and participants, and managing relationships with facilitators. Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant professional experience as a program designer and/or administrator.
• Experience writing program descriptions and workshop summaries.
• Comfortable leading workshops and sessions.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of Professional Development planning and delivery.
• Work with leadership to design program arcs.
• Schedule and manage relationships with workshop leaders.
