Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Director, Global Program Management to lead the PM function within Supply Chain Strategy for Power & Mechanical Systems.

This leader will own the global PM operating model, portfolio governance, execution cadence, and cross-functional delivery across critical programs tied to sourcing strategy, manufacturing readiness, NPI, VAVE/cost reduction, automation, process improvement, factory transitions, and special strategic projects.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of program management and supply chain execution experience.
• 8+ years of people leadership, managing managers or global teams.
• Proven ability to lead global programs with cross-functional partners.
• Strong background in NPI, factory ramps, supplier transitions, and manufacturing readiness.
• Solid program management fundamentals: critical path, milestones, RACI, risk logs, and executive reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global PM organization supporting Supply Chain Strategy across multiple systems.
• Own the PM operating model, portfolio governance, cadence, escalation, and executive reporting.
• Ensure plans of record, milestones, ownership, risks, decisions, dependencies, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive execution for product launches, factory ramps, supplier transitions, and cost reduction initiatives.
• Partner with ME, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Reliability, and Operations to align roadmaps.
