We’re looking for a Global Program Leader, Performance and Development to shape and scale Zscaler’s unique performance and career development programs as our business grows. This leader will refine innovative frameworks that facilitate alignment, transparency, and growth, empowering Zscaler employees to excel. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Performance, Development and Talent and joining their leadership team, you will be responsible for:

  • Designing, implementing, and evolving global performance and career development programs that empower employee growth and align with business strategy
  • Building and scaling frameworks and tools that connect individual contributions to organizational success and support transparent, equitable career progression
  • Partnering cross-functionally to align performance, skills development, and rewards systems across regions, fostering a unified global approach
  • Leveraging data analytics and program metrics to assess impact, drive continuous improvement, and inform talent strategy decisions
  • Championing a culture of accountability and enablement by equipping managers with coaching tools and embedding growth-oriented practices organization-wide

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 8+ years of experience designing and leading global talent programs in performance management, career or skills development
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated success integrating performance, career, and rewards systems at scale in high-growth organizations
  • Experience building manager enablement tools and frameworks that drive coaching, accountability, and impact
  • Global and cross-cultural experience in partnering with diverse teams and stakeholders

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience innovating talent systems using advanced technologies such as GenAI or predictive analytics
  • Creative thought leadership in design thinking or first-principles approaches to talent frameworks

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$147,000 - $210,000 USD
