Job summary

The Gideons International in Nashville seeks a Coordinator of National Associations to serve as a key liaison between International Headquarters and National Associations worldwide. You will provide country-specific materials, share vital ministry information, and coordinate training for Executive Directors and senior staff.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Administrative experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Successful completion of a drug and background screen.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with Executive Directors and key staff from National Associations.
• Analyze current practices for relevance, simplicity and impact, and implement improvements.
• Manage the National Association intranet page and country pages for effective communication.
• Oversee interpreters for international events and meetings.
• Coordinate development and updating of Convention Binder materials and reports.
• Research and produce the National Association Travel Report.
• Other duties as assigned
