Job summary

The Gideons International in Nashville, TN seeks an Associate Manager, Field Work to coordinate international ministries and ISB activities. You will liaise with National Directors and field representatives, oversee planning for ISBs, and support in-country blitzes and conventions.

You will develop training materials, track data, and ensure compliance with Gideons policies while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and field staff.
• Strong analytical and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the International Scripture Blitz (ISB) program and travel logistics for ISBs.
• Act as liaison between International Countries Division (ICD) staff and headquarters.
• Oversee preparation of training materials and reports; track data post‑blitz.
• Ensure National Conferences are conducted in accordance with Gideon standards.
