Job summary

International Justice Mission (IJM) seeks a Program Innovation Specialist to design and test survivor-informed interventions. You will synthesize field insights and global evidence to shape innovative strategies, working with field teams and senior leaders in a hybrid US-based role.

You will facilitate rapid prototyping, coordinate stakeholder workshops, and contribute to program design and evaluation to strengthen interventions addressing violence and exploitation, with strong alignment to

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience using human-centered design to co-design prototypes for global development challenges.
• Strong design thinking, human-centered design, and prototyping skills for complex interventions.
• Excellent analytical ability to translate research into actionable strategies.
• Ability to synthesize global evidence and field insights for decision-making.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills for diverse stakeholders and trainings.
• Track record of delivering multi-faceted projects on time and with alignment to goals.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of an evidence-informed innovation roadmap and best-practice guidelines aligned with IJM’s Theory of Change and Protection Model.
• Translate complex insights into clear briefs and presentations for senior leadership and field teams.
• Lead rapid research and prototyping cycles, synthesizing evidence to inform scale-up decisions.
• Design and deliver targeted workshops for field teams on innovation tools and prototyping methods.
• Identify opportunities for program improvement through data analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Participate in IJM’s community of spiritual formation.
