Jhpiego is seeking a Program Finance Manager to join the Global Programs Finance Team. You will manage finances for a portfolio of smaller awards, ensure donor alignment, and coordinate across program, country finance, contracts, and HQ teams to support timely reporting and audit readiness.

The role emphasizes data integrity, timely invoicing, and collaboration with program staff to sustain compliant financial management across multiple awards and donor requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with extensive financial management experience in international development or similar settings.
• Experience managing multiple grants or awards and ensuring donor compliance and reporting.
• Proficiency with financial systems, cost accounting, and audit readiness practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee finances for a portfolio of smaller awards, generally under $1 million.
• Monitor budgets, obligations, expenditures, burn rates, and remaining balances for timely decisions.
• Prepare donor reports, invoices, and supporting schedules; ensure compliance with donor rules.
• Coordinate with program teams, country finance, contracts, and HQ to resolve issues.
• Provide training and guidance on award financial requirements and reporting expectations.
• Support award start-up, revisions, close-out, and documentation management.
