Qualifications

• Advanced proficiency with CRM systems and business development tracking tools.
• Strong ability to develop proposals and business cases with foundations and corporations.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in business development or resource mobilization, including fundraising from foundations and corporations.
• Equivalency options may substitute for required experience/education as per policy.
• Experience in global health, international development, or humanitarian sectors is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy for foundations, corporations, and other funding entities.
• Cultivate, steward, and expand high-value foundation and corporate relationships.
• Build and manage a robust global pipeline of donors with innovative partnership models.
• Provide strategic oversight of partnership plans, metrics, and revenue forecasts.
• Collaborate across Jhpiego to design engaging donor pitches and strategies.
• Monitor funding trends and translate insights into opportunities for growth.
• Strengthen cross-team alignment to support a unified business development approach.
• Represent Jhpiego in global forums to showcase impact and unlock opportunities.
• Lead, mentor, and guide staff involved in partnership development and revenue generation.
