Job summary

JLL is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead enterprise activations and workplace programs across AMER markets from Seattle. You will oversee multiple streams, align with portfolio strategy, manage vendor relationships, and ensure delivery excellence in a fast-paced corporate environment.

The role requires 5+ years of program management, strong business acumen, and proven leadership. You will drive budgeting, reporting, SOPs, and cross-functional collaboration to scale workplace initiatives

Qualifications

• Five or more years of program management experience in real estate, community engagement, partnerships, hospitality, or related fields.
• Strong business acumen including experience with corporate infrastructure, systems management, and organizational dynamics in large organizations.
• Experience leading workflow for a small team with mentorship and accountability.
• Financial management experience including transaction tracking, reporting, and local budget control.
• Proven vendor management experience ensuring service delivery across multiple vendors and markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication for executive-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Proactive, hands-on leadership style with flexibility and delivery focus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn new platforms.
• Track record of turning strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations for Activations, Dogs at Work, and Community Banana Stands programs across AMER markets.
• Manage delivery across three program streams with cross-market standards and vendor performance.
• Support budget tracking, financial reporting, and resource allocation for Activations programs.
• Collaborate with IFM, vendor partners, site leads, and teams to ensure seamless program delivery.
• Develop and maintain SOPs to support scaling and standardized methodology.
• Prepare program performance reports with metrics and insights for leadership.
• Manage internal communications and materials to drive participation and awareness.
• Drive special projects and initiatives from planning through completion.
• Mentor vendor teams and site coordinators to maintain program standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to boost efficiency and impact.
