Job summary

Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, seeks a Category Manager to oversee global spend in Professional Services categories such as Consulting, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and Engineering Services. You will develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned with Carrier's long-term objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in global commodity management.
• 3+ years in Professional Services categories (e.g., Consulting, Finance, Banking, Legal, Marketing, Human Resources, Contingent Labor, or Engineering Services).

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and commodity oversight to maximize business value and results for assigned category(ies).
• Conduct spend analysis and develop annual sourcing strategies; negotiate with suppliers and manage performance.
• Lead RFQ to contract signature processes and ensure supplier performance aligns with delivery, quality and cost requirements.
• Collaborate with internal clients to identify sourcing needs and improve sourcing strategy through regular meetings and project work.
