Carrier Global Corporation is seeking a Category Manager to oversee global spend in Professional Services categories, including Consulting, Finance, Banking, Legal, Marketing, HR, Contingent Labor, and Engineering Services.

You will develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with Carrier's long-term goals, lead cross-functional teams, and negotiate contracts to maximize value while managing risk and supplier performance.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of global commodity management experience.
• 3+ years in Professional Services categories including one of: Consulting, Finance, Banking, Legal, Marketing, HR, Contingent Labor, or Engineering Services.

Mansioni

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight for assigned categories.
• Lead spend analysis and development of annual sourcing strategies.
• Negotiate contracts within spending limits and develop new qualified sources of supply.
• Partner with internal clients to identify sourcing needs and lead negotiations and execution.
